Meet Our Founder

Suzanne Messere started SMart Fincom in order to help misunderstood companies achieve a fair valuation. Her career, which spans more than 30 years, has been focused on marketing publicly-traded companies to the investment community, first with investment banks such as Merrill Lynch and UBS and then as a company spokesperson doing in-house investor relations. As a result, she has gained generalist knowledge of all sectors and industries which comprise the U.S. economy while also building a deep understanding of ecommerce, global food retail, food service regenerative medicine, energy services and renewable energy. Suzanne believes that the key to successful financial communications is being able to bridge the gap between the Street's perception and the company's reality, while communicating beyond the obvious tangibles. Unique approach has resulted in premium valuations for all three companies when acting as in-house Director of Investor Relations.

Ms. Messere earned a Bachelor's Degree. in Marketing from Quinnipiac University while a member of the varsity tennis team.
